Registration
The Symposium registration fee includes all Symposium sessions, meeting materials; lunches, continental breakfasts and refreshment breaks during the meeting; and a reception on Monday evening.
Registrations must be accompanied with full payment.

PAYMENT
All checks or money orders should be made payable, in US funds on US bank, to the INTERNATIONAL LIFE SCIENCES INSTITUTE (ILSI). Faxed or emailed registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received.
If your registration fee will be paid by check, money order or wire/bank transfer (US funds on a US bank), complete the Symposium Registration Form and submit it to ILSI with your payment. Faxed or emailed registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received.
If your registration fee will be paid by Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card, complete the Symposium Registration Form and the Credit Card Payment Form and submit to ILSI.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration fees, less a US $50 administration fee and any applicable bank charges, will be refunded for written cancellations received by March 23, 2006. No refunds will be made after March 23, 2006; however, the registration may be transferred to a colleague with written notification. Refunds will be processed after the Symposium.
